I’m using it on a Mac, and it’s really convenient because it has 12 ports. The 4K external monitor connected via HDMI works without any issues, and the USB ports are recognized quickly and reliably. The design is clean, and I didn’t notice much heat, so I was satisfied even when working for long periods of time.
It lives up to its promises, however, after a few weeks of use I have my complaints. Although I can have two of my three monitors connected (not including the one on the Mac) when working at a high level (I am a video editor, motion graphics designer), the device disconnects sporadically and for no apparent reason; it could be a problem of overheating or poor compatibility with the Macbook Pro. Honestly, it’s extremely annoying, but still, it’s quite enjoyable and for the price, it’s more than recommended. The materials are of the highest quality and the connections are fast and reliable (when it doesn’t fail).
Looks good. Let’s hope it works well.
I haven’t used it yet, but it’s nice.
The product’s finish is excellent. It’s a shame that it only extends one screen for Mac, but it helps a lot with organizing the setup.
